Welcome to SCHS

Welcome to Sunnyside Christian High School, an institution dedicated to teaching a world and life view from a Biblical perspective.  Thank you very much for showing an interest in the instruction, studying, learning, and activities that occur at SCHS.  Our staff members work diligently to provide an optimal environment utilizing a variety of teaching methods to encourage successful learning.  Our academic instruction is grounded in the belief that God governs and sustains His incredible creation, and as ordained caretakers of this planet, we are to assist in His redemptive plan for both salvation and sanctified living which means learning all that we can about His world.  In addition to the Biblical perspective taught in the classroom, we also enjoy meeting twice a week for chapel where students are challenged and encouraged to worship and serve our great God.  SCHS also offers numerous extra-curricular activities throughout the year to enhance the students’ experiences.

Teaching at SCHS is an incredible calling and privilege, and we pray that we can honor the Lord as we work each day!
