OUR MISSION is to offer all friends of SCS and the people of the community, through information and assistance in estate planning, an opportunity to support Sunnyside Christian School beyond their lifetime.

OUR VISION is to provide the financial assistance needed to keep the costs of Christian education affordable for all parents seeking to provide a Bible-based education for their child(ren).

OUR LEADERSHIP strives to challenge the community to exercise faithful stewardship.  The Foundation Board, through prudent investing, maximizes revenue returns for present and future tuition needs.

 FOUNDATION STRATEGIES 

• We use only a portion of the Endowment Fund's growth each year (six percent of the three-year average of the fund's balance).

• The Foundation's long-term goal is to provide continued fund growth to stop the tuition increases needed to meet the operational budget.

An attractive feature of the Endowment Fund is that donations are never spent.  A one-time gift really is a gift that keeps on giving forever.
