I have returned this year as the high school Band and Choir teacher.  In 2004 I graduated from Calvin College with a BA in Instrumental Music Education.  After graduating I moved to Washington to teach 5-12 Band and High School Choir at SCS.  I married Dave DeBoer in the winter of 2005, and we were blessed with our son Garret in the fall of 2006.  After teaching for two years, I decided it would bre best for our family to stay home.  In 2008 we welcomed our daughter Avery.  Although I loved staying home with my children, I missed teaching.  I am excited to be teaching high school again.  I look forward to this year and all that we may accomplish.
