It's wonderful to return to Sunnyside Christian School, where God and the Bible are the main focus of our curriculum.  My husband Dennis and I contract share 5th grade, which I teach in the afternoon.  I am teaching Kindergarten in the morning.  It's a joy to teach both age levels!  The past 6 years I have been teaching in the public school system, mainly as a Reading Specialist in ages K-4.  I have 5 years of experience teaching Kindergarten in a Christian school environment, and I have taught 2nd grade for twelve years at Sunnyside Christian.  As the saying goes, "Variety is the spice of life", and it's also challenging.  Three grown children and eight grandchildren are a blessing from God, which keeps life exciting and busy for us.
